Talking on a cell phone while driving is a big distraction and it is dangerous to yourself and other people driving, should talking on cell phones be banned?

I think its a bad thing because many people die from accidents caused by this. And its not only the person driving getting hurt,its also innocent drivers. I think its a bad thing to talk on cells when your driving and i hope it becomes a law in most states.
