    Depression generally entails sadness, pessimism, a concern with personal problems, and possibly feeling sorry for one's self, anguish, crying along with hopelessness.

    People usually become depressed because of marital, romantic, or family problems, a lot of stressful events and important changes may also add or result in depression. There are quiet a few ways by which you can overcome depression. Normally we can control our thoughts as well as feeling. First of all if you are on any kind of medication, check with your doctor to see if a medicine may be causing depression.

    Try getting involved in activities and pursue you hobbies, because interest and activities play a vital role in mental health. Keep your self entertained and busy as much as possible. Try meeting new interesting people and exchange your thoughts. Spent as much as time possible with friends and loved ones this will divert your mind in a big way.
