At your age its not likely,  you should go see a doc. And get your thyroid checked,I'm 44 and went thru menopause 2 years ago and my doc. Said i was very young for that, she ran a bunch of tests on me, one was thyroid, she said an absent period at a young age is a symptom of thyroid trouble!

Your body will only ovulate and produce a period if it is healthy enough. Things like over exercise, malnutrition, and disease can stop your period, along with more serious issues with your reproductive organs. Definitely see your Dr.
