The main reason for Communication to be effective is that the message which we want to communicate or If we want the receiver of message to understand our message in the same sense as we wrote it, then the need for effective communication arises. Effective communication helps in that the message is enable to achieve its goals and helps in receiving the desired response from the reader of the message. Effective communication helps organizations in keeping good relationships with their customers, forwarding new rules and regulations effectively to employees and especially helps in avoiding any dispute that can arise because of miscommunication.
