Think it means you have a hole in tha radiator if its small you could go buy a bottle of stopleak at a shop or sumthin

If your coolant is leaking out of your car, whatever you do, do not drive it. You don't want your car running hot. If you can, find where it is leaking from. You can make a temporary patch for the leak. They sell stuff like that at AutoZone. Once you get it patched, take it straight to a mechanic.
