How Do I Save My Office Files, From A Dell, To An APPLE?

On my regular Dell in Office I have a lot of Scientific files that I'm wanting to put on a new APPLE. I've heard there is something designed to help me do this. I'll be going from one parity to another. If you have any trouble Shout me at my page! I need this, BAD!

What about a USB flash drive? (also called a thumb drive)

I believe as long as they are office files only, that you can open it with macs version of office. But if you have graphics and such you may need to change format to something else. I believe you should be able to email yourself the file and open it as an attachment. Or you could change your format to something more universal? Maybe create a PDF?

Format the Flash Drive on a Mac --> 1. Go to Go > Applications > Utilities and Open Disk Utility. --> 2. Choose your drive from the left panel and then click Erase on the right. --> 3. Choose Volume Format, MS-DOS File System (this should allow the drive to be read on both Mac's and PC's) fill in the name. --> 4. Click Erase.
