    Why Do I Get Hematomas Without Even Being Hit Of Injured? They Just Pop Out, And Then Leave A Huge Bruise. Usually On My Legs And Hands.

    I can be sitting, walking, just doing nothing. I was just walking this weekend and I felt a burning, stinging sensation on my leg, and looked down and there was a huge knot there. I knew what had happened, it was broken blood vein. By the time the knot had gone down, the bruise was about a 4" circle, very, very dark purple. I also get them in my hands. One weekend, I had 1 on my hand, and 2 on my leg. Is this something I should be concerned about?

    I had this problem one time, and it was an infection that caused this to happen. I took antibiotics for it, and don't have this problem anymore. It was always on my legs, and it would burn, swell a little, and bruise. You need to see a doctor for this, it can get worse. I am so happy I did. But, just this last week, I had found one again, so I may have to go back, it has been several years now.
