Is It Common For Landlords Or Reality Companies To Ask For A Credit Check From Both Spouses?
 It is common, but if the spouse with bad credit has had the same job for a while, it shouldn't be a problem unless the landlord has another tenant with better credit lined up behind you. You might be asked for a larger deposit, though. |
