Can I Be Married And Still Fill Out Paperwork For A Fiancee Visa To Bring My New Wife To Be From Canada?
I am still married but getting a divorce can I get in trouble for starting the paperwork for a fiancee visa? How long do I have to wait after the divorce until I can hand in the paperwork? How long will it take to bring here here? What are the requirements to do that? I need help please.....

I'm not sure on how long you have to wait until you get a divorce until all the proper paperwork is done saying that you are legally divorced then start doing the paper work and turning them in the best thing to do if an attorney is working on this prior case with your divorce then you mite want to ask them.
