    I am a concierge in Arizona. You should have in place a liability policy, a bond and also an error and omission policy. The E & O Policy isn't easy to acquire but if you can it is a great line of protection for your company. The bond is a company bond that covers all employees. Go to iceaweb.org and they have insurance companies that help concierges get started.
