    Some states have compensation programs.  Check with your local Area Agency on Aging (you can find this this in the phone book.)  Until then there may be some articles that might be of use to you on www.AgingCare.com  this is a good place to start.  This article can help you "What do I need to know to best manage the cost of care?"
