What Does Green Represent In A Colour Scheme?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

To me it would represent or denote growth, vitality, newness. Obviously plant life and foliage designs use green because most are green. Today everyone talks about "going green" which is a term relating to the environment. Living in harmony with the environment is desirable of course. If we can save resources, not pollute, save money.....great. Some people are fanatical about it. It is a political issue, as well as a socio-economic issue.

However, everyone has their own personal or emotional response to colors and shapes etc. What does green represent to you? Or how does it make you feel.
