I think you should look for scholarships in your school or university. Here there is always a student advisor that will recommend you a good one, so ask there first. There are different scholarships depending in the area that you are specialising and your financial situation.
For the job I think you should look for a part-time one because it will be the only way that you have enough time to study.

Totally check with your local organizations like The Moose Logde, The Elks Club, Kiwanas, often these groups will offer smaller scholarships but are not awarded because no one applies for them. I put myself through a year in college with those type of scholarships and worked as a balloon delivery person part time!! Way fun job!!  Good luck!
