First make sure that there is PC Sync option is available in your phone or if you have then first try to install cell phone software on your PC and then connect your Cell with PC and then there will be an option named as....Sync ,, in Sync there is one more option.. PC to Phone or Phone To PC. Then Select there Phone to PC System option and click OK to proceed.....try the best. Best of Luck....
