There is nothing like perfect background wallpaper. It's relative; relative to the user, environment, situation, memory space and cost. Background wallpapers provided with the operating system is sufficiently able to support all the user's need. But, if the user is not satisfied with the existing lot, they can very well create wallpapers on their own or can purchase from the third party vendors.

Selection of perfect wallpaper is entirely a personnel affair. One may like strong colorful appearance of his/her screen and accordingly s/he may go for vivid pictures. Those, who don't like heavy color on their screen, they my switchover only to some basic patterns or may choose light colored pictures.
