    If your training for a marathon and are taking the run seriously. You should start training for it at least a month before the marathon date. Early morning is the best time to train. You don't jus need to practice running fast but many other thing need to be taken care of like consistency, joint pain and relaxation, speed etc.You should start every morning with stretching for about 15 minutes. Be sure of stretching your keens and carves properly. For the first few days, practice brisk walking and gradually pick up speed. What you are trying to do here is prepare your body to run consistently while keeping in some energy. Within 3 weeks, you will notice that you do not get as tired as you used to get initially. Keep taking some water after timely intervals.
