The thrombolytic therapy for acute myocardial infarction is done by streptokinase. It has some contraindication. The diabetic retinopathy is not the contraindication of this therapy. Only use with care is recommended. It means risk/benefits ratio should be evaluated and then the decision of therapy whether to start or not is done.
