The prime religious building for which the city of Truro is known is the cathedral that has finished its completion in the year 1910. It is the most recognisable feature in the city and is made in the gothic style. The spire of the cathedral is two hundred and fifty feet high and though it was finished being built in the year 1910, the work was started in the year 1880 itself. The site where the cathedral is being erected is also of religious significance and it is at this site where the St. Mary's Church was being consecrated six hundred earlier.
There are some other attractions also that can be cited as the prime attractions of the city of Truro and you can find numerous shops and markets in the city.
