A friend of mine asked me the same thing. He showed me and i asked him if he was washing his penis with a different body wash. He said no he doesnt wash his penis with a different body wash he washed it with a face cleanser. Yeah i know weird. If you are using differ body wash or a different bar of soap it might have a reaction because of that. I hope that helped you. Sometimes it can be the smallest thing sometimes.
