Before the beginning of the 1980s all of the refuges or immigrants from Cuba were welcomed in the United States of America, they were welcomed as Political Refugees. However in the beginning of the early 1990s the Cubans were granted refuge on the American soil under the policy called Wet Feet/Dry Feet. Cuban Immigration also continues with a certain allotted number, only these allotted numbers get proper United States Visa.
