Is The Landlord Responsible For Replacing A Broken Stove That Was In The House?
After a month of living in the house, the stove quit working.

Might depend upon your lease or rental agreement. Read your lease and see if it defines maintenance responsibilities. If not, see if it defines under what circumstances the lease can be broken. I would say a broken stove renders the space unlivable and that might be enough to break the lease. It would be good to contact an attorney as he/she will know of any local laws that might help you get the problem corrected. If you look you might find a group that gives free legal advice.
