You can phone an emergency number and ask a doctor to phone you back just to re-assure you.
If you phone your doctors surgery you will be given a contact number for out of hours use. Phone and explain what's happened and ask for advice.
You could go to your nearest accident and emergency dept at the local hospital and tell them what's happened, someone will help you there.
It'll put your mind at rest if you check on this. You can also try ringing NHS direct (if you live in the UK)

This would really depend upon what medication you took. Without any further information I would not like to comment any further other than to advise that in cases where you are unsure it is always advisable to seek immediade medical advice. As well as your GP (local doctor), hospital, pharmasist etc, you may be able to find some advice about dossages on any leaflets that you may have been given with your medication.

Good luck and happy new year :)
