What Is The Right Age To Move Out Of Your House?

Answer Question

3 Answers - Sort by: Date | Rating

The correct (and legal) age to move out of your parents' home into a house of your own differs from state to state in the United States of America. In some states of the United States of America, the correct (and legal) age to move out of your parents' home into a house of your own is 16 years.

On the other hand, there are some states in the United States of America in which the correct (and legal) age to move out of your parents' home into a house of your own is 17 years, and there are also some other states in the United States of America in which the correct (and legal) age to move out of your parents' home into a house of your own is 18 years. However, most people are already out of their parents' homes before their nineteenth birthday, which is the last year in the teenaged life of a person.

You can move out when you turn 17. If the police is called on you, they cant do anything because it wont roll over ot the court until your 18. They cant say your a runaway when your 18.
