When He Says He Hates You But Really Loves You, What Should You Do?

If someone who loves you says that he hates you then it is probably out of anger or frustration resulting from a variety of factors. It might have happened if you have done something which has upset your partner greatly, or if he was simply venting out some built up frustration. In such situations, it is necessary to keep a calm mind and not take such a comment to heart, as he probably does not mean it. Just wait till he calms down, and then give him a chance to apologise for his words.

Or, it may be possible that the person actually means it and has genuinely stopped loving you, to go towards the other direction. This sometimes happens with weathered couples who have been together for a long, long time. If that is the case, there is no point being in a love-hate relationship, is there?
