What Is The Process Of Upgrading Windows Server 2003 Standard 32 Bit To The 64 Bit Version?

I have a fully functional HP Proliant ML730 server with a single processor, I am about to add a second processor and max out the RAM.

    You can not upgrade Windows Server 2003 Standard 32 bit to the 64 bit version since the former is x86 or 32 bit while the latter is 64 bit.You have to clean install the Windows Server 2003 64 bit version.
