Can I Change Some Settings To Remedy This?
When I go to my banking online system resources go from 77% to 18%?It is real slow and there is a delay between when I type and when it shows up.. I am running win98se and I have added ram memory.

There could be a lot going on in the background. I'd restart the machine and see what the resource number is before starting any programs. 77% isn't the best number to start with. Antivirus software and other startup programs could be pulling resources. Disable non-necessary software from starting up. (look in your StartUp folder) I'd also make sure to run a spyware scan (www.ewido.com is a free scan), antivirus scan, and clear out your internet cache. 90% or higher is a good percentage to start off with.
