I Had My Right Arm Yanked Upwards And Outwards By A Horse. Can You Tell Me How To Ease The Pain? Maybe Strap It Up?

Go to the doctor... Immediately. I'm sure you have a redimed, if you don't have insurance they only charge 80 dollars for a visit. If you dont like doctors, don't restrict movemnt, get an icy/hot pack. 20 minutes cold, 10 mins off 20 mins heat, 10 minutes off... repeat. Also, buy some motrin and take 800 miligrams 4x a day (it wont hurt you i promise) and buy some naproxin which i think the brand name is alieve and take 550 miligams 2x a day.
