 What will the father be charge with that unplug the life support system on his soncausing death?
Will it be murder or manslaughter?

 The father of the child on the life support must have gone through hell as the day of reality approaches. This is not a criminal offense. Try to think of it when our animals become diseased we give them shots to give them a peaceful death. It is similar except the child on the life support is partially dead.

 In some states euthanasia is still a crime. Even in 2007 California rejected the legalization of assisted suicide. Most states still consider a mercy killing a criminal homicide. I personally disagree, but that's not relevant to your question.
