I don't know if a guy likes me, so i decided to take action and am looking for tips.

Is he a friend of yours? Just tell him that you like him, and if he likes you too. If he says yes, then just kiss him, if he says no, then tell him that you don't want your friendship ruined over that. If he's not your friend, turn him into a friend.

Smile at him. When you see him give him a special smile. When he is around act Happy on your own, yuk it up with your friends. Guys like Happy girls, girls who already Happy and complete in themselves. They do not like a girl who wants to make a guy her whole life, and is miserable without him. They don't like clingy, needy girls, so you show him that, though you like him, you don't need him.

Well why do you need him to notice you i think if you are interested in a person you should not have a problem bringing it to there attention, because while you are waiting around for him to "notice" you he may have already "noticed" you but is in the same boat, but because you are shy or scared of rejection you could have missed out on true love and happiness!
