If you're in the UK you need a degree, then you need to do an ITT course that will give you Qualified Teacher Status, which you need to get a job in any state school. Most universities will let you combine your degree course with the teacher training. For secondary teaching you need an extra year to study your chosen subject, but for primary its not necessary.
For a degree you will need GCSEs and A levels, or a recognised equivalent

Hi buddy you thinking of becoming teacher. I love this profession and want to become one.
To become a school teacher you should do master degree (for good pay) and you should do one or two teaching courses like "Child Growth and development", "Child care" etc. Other then education you should have good patience, good teaching skills, should know how to handle a child and how to communicate with them.

The first thing you should pay attention in order to become a teacher in the school is your qualification. If your education meets the criteria of the teacher then you can apply when any position is vacant.
