How Does One Correct A 59 % Interest Loan To More Of A Lower Rate Loan?

I took out a loan in January at a 59 % interest rate. How do I correct this with a lower rate, with a different institution?

    You just need to fill out a form of transfer and then you could shift your account onto the other financial institution. But before that, you better negotiate with them.
