This is tricky, your brother may need to sort this out for himself. It depends on the level of bullying and type. If it's merely someone overdoing it with the horseplay, maybe your brother can stand up for himself. But in most cases, telling your parents and his teacher should help resolve the situation.

Approaching the bully themselves is likely to get you into deeper trouble, you could be accused of bullying yourself and that is entirely counteractive!

If you want to help your brother without involving all the others, speak to him about the situation, talk to him properly and make sure that you listen to his side of things. Try to avoid advice that involves physical confrontation with the bully, it tends to escalate and that's not good for anyone.

You could under certain circumstances make it clear that you are his brother, that might show the bully that your brother has bigger friends who aren't frightened.
