I am a firm believer in being happy to go to work, which means I don't let the money influence me I always want to work in a field that I enjoy. As far as my husband and children go, I promote the same ethic, work should not be a chore to you, it should just be an enjoyment that you just happen to get paid for. If my children's interest aren't in align with mine, than they have to find out what there's are. There are too many jobs out there to just stick with one you don't enjoy. The same way you find one, you can find another. If the money is what keep them there, then maybe they need to simplify there life a little!!!
