If you mean block them on the questions, you can't do that. But if you mean in your shout box, you go to your account at the bottom of the page, and click on that, in there, click on privacy, and right there at the top of the page, it will give you the option of opening your shout box to all or to friends only. Then remember to click on save changes. Hope this helps.
