When Was Aspirin First Used?

In the year 1899, H.Dreser of Germany became the first person to introduce aspirin in the field of medicine. In the literary sense, the word aspirin is the actual interpretation of a trade name for the preparation of an acid called acetylsalicyclic acid.

The last century marked a number of attempts made by a lot many people to prepare the acid for medical purposes were made but the only satisfactory one that gained unanimous recognition was on behalf of Germany's H.Dreser.

The ingredients of aspirin are of a botanical nature, extracted out of flowers, fruits, leaves and roots of many plants.

Even in modern times, Aspirin is widely recognized and trusted by people all over the world for treating headaches, sickness, colds and influenza. Nevertheless the amount of aspirin intake should also be kept a strict control on as too much aspirin could cause dizziness instead of curing the suffering party.
