Could I Be Pregnant Or Is It Somthing Else?
I found out three weeks ago I was taking my birthcontrol wrong. Lately I've been feeling nauseus, dizzy when I stand to long or get up to quick. I've had a little brown spotting for the last three days. I've been really tired, and I'm getting sharp pains in my lower left abdomen. I'm not due for my period for another week.

These symbols are not about pregnancy but you're facing some back pain or so. In fact, the pregnancy can be confirmed if you won't get your periods in 3 months. So from these symbols it appears that you're not pregnant.

I'd wait to see if u come on next week, even if u do and your still getting symptoms id go the doctor just to be checked out and be on the safe side. Good luck
