    I Have Windows 98, I Want To Bring My Computer To A Previously Good Working State In Past Few Months Back , Can This Be Done Like We Do It In Windows Xp By Msconfig Run?

    Does win 98 have this option available ? To bring back state of your computer when it was working good in the past/

    There is no facility like system restore in windows 98 like that of windows xp.How ever you can try using the command "scanreg/restore" on ms dos prompt after restarting your pc in dos.It takes you back to previous registry state but not much old like months.
