95 eclipse gs,blows fuses to the a/c, it was working fine driving home and the cool air just quit and now blows warm air.is my compressor shot? Help

I have a 2006 eclipse and mine stopped working over a few days. Keep getting warmer and warmer. I took it into Mitsu and they said I had a hole in my condenser and the freon was leaking out. Maybe this is your problem. I cant afford a new one ($800) so I'm going to a radiator shop to see if they can weld it.
