It Seems That I Have Low Water Pressure In A Second Floor Toilet. What Can I Do To Increase It?

When I flush a second floor toilet, the flapper almost immediately closes and the bowl empties but very slow. Is this a pressure problem or a part problem? How do I repair this?

Dear it’s a pressure problem and I think you just check your pipe line for pressure and after wards you just ask your landlord to check all pipelines. For water pressure, secondly you also check your part so to ensure that it has proper drainage system.
