Heyy!! Well for the first 3-4 day your tongue swells up to at least twice its original size so of course its qoinq to be sore but on about the 5th and 6th day the swellinq qoes away as well as the pain.. ThO the barbell may still bother you because its HUGE buhh in about another week you can change it and it wont even be noticeable!!
