When Did Bruce Willis First Appear On The Television?

    Bruce Willis first appeared on television in the 1980s. "Ein Guru kommit" and "The First Deadly Sin" were his first ever television appearances in 1980, but he remained uncredited in both. In the 1982 film "The Verdict" his part of a courtroom observer remained unnoticed.

    His first recognized television appearance was for the TV series "Miami Vice", in whose "No Exit" episode he played the part of Tony Amato. Bruce Willis first credited film role was for the movie "Blind Date" in 1987.   

    He achieved fame for the detective series "Moonlighting" which appeared from 1984-1989. He became an A-list star after the film "Die Hard". Till today, claimed by many to be his greatest film role and one that made him a superstar overnight.  

    He has appeared in over 70 television appearances and his film carrier spans three decades. He now commands a salary of about $20 million for each film.
