Do I Have To Reveal That I Am Treated For Sleep Apnea?

Answer Question

Reveal it to whom?  If you are applying for health insurance, you would have to report any medical treatment you have received within the time period they ask you about or you might not be covered for ANYTHING. Or sued/jailed for fraud.  If you have a legal obligation to reveal this, as on an insurance application, that is one  thing.  Otherwise, I  don't think it's anybody's business but your own.  It can be a good idea to let potential spouses and  roommates know - the possible spouse has a right, and you might need help from the roommates. Apnea is dangerous. Also, if you snore and they notice that you stop breathing, they may be alarmed or call 911 unnecessarily.
