How Can I Incorporate Molasses In My Pizza Dough?

I am having a challenge with the existing Pizza oven where I work. There is no top heat adjustment. As a result of this my cheese is browning before the dough browns. I was told if I use Molasses I can brown the dough faster but I need a recipe. If anyone has any cures for this please respond.

I don't think using molasses is a good idea because it's sweet. If you bake the base for a little while and then top it up and bake it for some more time, you will be able to bake the pizza as a whole at one particular time.
