    Ms. Carol Higgins Clark lives in an apartment of the Belaire Apartments building. This is a fifty-storeyed apartment building which is located at 524 East 72nd Street, Manhattan in New York City. It is located between York Avenue and the FDR Drive.

    Belaire Apartments is also known as The Belaire Condominiums or simply as The Belaire. It has 183 condominium apartments. In addition to the apartments, the building has a health club, a garage for parking and a swimming pool.

    The building is approximately 512 feet tall. When it is converted into metres, the height of the building is estimated to be approximately 156 metres. It overlooks the East River. The Hospital for Special Surgery uses the first twenty-one storeys of the building. The building was completed in the year 1988.
