The motivation is important factor for any individual or business if the person is motivated in doing something he has more determination in order to do that thing. So the motivation is associated with the work settings. Every person has different level of motivation in them so when the individual is motivated he or she sees the world in a different way in order to get his goal. While the job satisfaction is concerned by many factors if a person is working in some work settings and if the job environment and work setting is relaxed or according to his will he will be more satisfied for his job. The job satisfaction depends on the different things for different people for some people the job satisfaction can be get through the good designation and for the other it is monetary rewards so the job satisfaction differs from one person to another.

So the motivation and job satisfaction is very important in the business. These two terms are linked to each other. If the person is satisfied with his job then he is motivated at the same time while if he is not satisfied with his job he will be demotivated from the job.
