    It is not a big deal to make a resume with picture. You can scan your picture and then you can put on your resume. AS you will make resume by using Microsoft office so Microsoft office supports pictures of various formats.

    You can send your resume by using email. You can make account on hotmail, yahoo, Google, etc. They provide the facility of sending files from one email id to other. It is absolutely free, and even they support files of size up to 2mb. If you want to send your resume by post then you can also put your picture by using two methods.

    (1) Make your resume with the help of Microsoft word. Scan your picture and put it on your resume. Take a printout of your resume. You resume with your picture is ready to use. Advantage of this method is that you just have to scan your picture only one time and you can make copies of it.

    (2) Take a printout of your resume. Develop your picture of passport size and put it on your resume. But you have to develop as many copies as you want to put on your resume. You have to pay money for each copy of your picture. Both methods are good but according to my advice you should use the first method as given above.
