Does T-mobile Owe Me Money?
My 12 yr old used my debit card to put min. On her prepaid cell.1400.00 worth since Aug.10. They say they aren't liable, but I never authorized thease transactions. What rights do I have. What can I do. I have already contacted the better buisness bureau.

It seems like the Credit Card company would be the ones to dispute it with.
Does your daughter have permission from you to use your Card? If she is listed as a user then you would not be able to dispute it.
I am assuming the Cell is under your name? That would make you responsible for it.
