Does Anyone Have Any Easy Easter Dishes For A Brunch?

I do okay just get hard boiled eggs and take of the shells and poor salt and pepper on them put two drips of hot sause dipp in milk and enjoy and i do it with my family evey easter.

An egg strata is a really good and easy brunch dish. You can find recipes all over the place for this. I like to make one with cooked ground sausage, mushrooms and onions and of course lots of cheese. It is basically bread cubes that layer with your other ingredients and then soak with milk and eggs and let set overnight. When you bake it, it will puff up and get brown and gooey . Really good!  People really love it.
