How Do I Convince A Member Of The Committee That My Services Are Needed Within Their Company?

If you are new applicant then make a good CV and Write down your areas of expertise and focus on those area which are related to that post.

If you are already in the committee then what you can do is: At first be the active member. Try to help your members and gather as much information as you could regarding the project on your own so that you know about the project better than others. And in discussion or presentation give them real facts and figures or pros and cons of the system and show them that you really have a good grip on that project. This is how you make them feel that you are a real gem and a great company asset which they cant afford to lose.
