My Dog Is A Year And Seven Months Old. She Potty Trained Fine With Our Other Dog. Lately She Has Been Urinating On Our Upstairs Carpet Even Though She Goes Out Regularly. Could She Be Doing This Out Of Spite When We Leave Her? Or Could She Have A Bladder Infection? (she Only Pees Once Or Twice In A Day)

You cannot attribute human emotions to animals and expect to understand there behavior. She is not happy about some condition in her space, whether it is marking her territory, or she is competing for affection or just the pressure of being the new dog. Any of these things could be affecting her. Dogs mark by instinct which is not related to anything you have or haven't done. Keep her away from that spot and watch carefully how she interacts with the other dogs, this will give you the clue about her being bullied or trying to be the alpha dog. You need to be the alpha dog in your pack. Some research into dog behavior may help.
